Tonya's Travel Pages.

These pages were done while I was doing lots of travelling. I went to Thailand in 2002 & travelled around there a bit then Central America in 2003.

Flights booked for 20th may to Honduras. I fly into Honduras & back from Buenos Airies in Argentina 6-12 months later. In those months i will travel across central america and down through south america.Two weeks after getting back i fly back to Thailand to live for 6 months in Khao Lak on the west coast.

	Travelers tips specially aimed at women travelling alone. Some bits of information I was given and others I picked up while travelling.
	If like me your geography isn't that good then follow the dragon & check out my travel maps & information !! I wrote some things about places i visited and stayed in as well as a little about my favourite dive spot - spooky channel in the Bay Islands.
	I wrote travel bounce for a friend of mine while she was travelling alone to Australia. Sometimes you just need to rewind your bounce and remember to have courage.
	Don't forget to read my journal too !! Not always updated but has quite a few pictures & moments from Honduras as well as a few from home time. Kind of like my personal blog !

Good Travel or Health websites

	The lonely planet Thorn Tree. Which is basically a forum for travellers.
	World Surface.com has allsorts of information, maps, travel news, information on where to get insurance, flights, accomodation and also some travellers journals & photo's.
	The south american explorers' club has club houses in Quito, Lima and Cusco and is a great place to meet other travelers, they have a mail services, discounts & info on trips & places to stay and also wills tore luggage for you. Probably worth the $50 joining fee for a safe haven from home. They also have a section on safety for women travellers
	Adventures in South America. This site is great. It has been put together by travellers who have covered south america and has some great photo's and write-ups about some of the places I want to go to.
