The yucatan. I am unlikeley to go anywhere in mexico other than the yucatan peninsula which is where a lot of the mayan sites are. I might also hop on a plane & pop over to Cuba. Its only a short flight from Cancun.


Speedy Gonzales. No thats not what mexico is famous for but hey. Actually Mexico Yucatan peninsula has some great dive sites as well as its Mayan temples so I may pop up to dive too.


Chichen Itza is one of the most famous Mayan sites in the world. Actually there are two temples at Chichen Itza one slightly older than the other.

There are plenty of other mayan sites in southern mexico though so keep an eye out I may just visit a few.
